PerAnkh Limited (RC: 8992805) is a technology company that primarily owns and operates the Workforce Infrastructure platform at perankh.africa. sERP Nigeria is PerAnkh's software division, holding the exclusive licence to distribute, deploy, and support sERP in Nigeria on behalf of Darrel Technologies Ltd.
We believe every Nigerian school — from a single-campus nursery to a large multi-campus secondary institution — deserves software that genuinely understands how Nigerian schools operate: the three-term calendar, CA-driven assessments, WAEC and NECO reporting, Naira-denominated billing, and local regulatory compliance.
PerAnkh Limited holds the exclusive licence to distribute, deploy, and support sERP in Nigeria. The software is built and continuously updated by Darrel Technologies Ltd (Ghana), ensuring a stable, battle-tested platform backed by years of real-world school use.
Our support team understands Nigerian schools, Nigerian compliance requirements, and the Nigerian school calendar. Support is provided in West Africa Time (WAT), so you always reach someone who knows your context.
Your school's data is hosted in GDPR-compliant data centres and is never transferred to third parties without your consent. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
The Product
sERP was first developed for Ghanaian schools and has been continuously refined based on real-world use across African educational institutions. The platform is designed to run in any country with minimal configuration — adapted for Nigeria's curriculum, compliance, and financial environment.
Each school runs in its own dedicated environment with a separate database. Your data is never mixed with another school's records.
Pre-configured for Nigeria's three-level school structure — from pre-school through JSS and SSS — with curriculum-appropriate assessments at each level.
Software updates are included in your plan. Nigeria-specific features are prioritised and deployed without disruption to your school's data or operations.
