sERP Nigeria is a comprehensive school management and administration platform built for Nigerian schools — from nursery through SSS. It covers student records, academic management, fee billing, payroll, SMS communication, and more. It is distributed and supported in Nigeria by PerAnkh Limited.

sERP supports all levels: Nursery/Pre-school, Primary (Prim 1–6), Junior Secondary School (JSS 1–3), and Senior Secondary School (SSS 1–3). Classes can be configured to match your school's specific structure.

sERP is a web-based platform — it runs in your browser. There is nothing to install on individual computers. Your school gets a dedicated subdomain (e.g. yourschool.schoolerpnigeria.com) that staff, teachers, and parents access from any device.

Yes. sERP is pre-configured for the Nigerian three-term academic calendar, CA-based assessments, and the UBE curriculum structure. Subject groupings and class progression follow NERDC conventions for primary and JSS levels.

sERP includes built-in support for the WAEC A1–F9 grading scale and NECO. It also includes a standard primary grading scale (A–F). You can create additional custom grading scales for your school if needed, and assign different scales to different classes.

You configure the CA/Exam weight split per class (for example, 30% CA and 70% Exam, or 40%/60%). Within CA, you can define multiple components such as class test, homework, mid-term test, and project. sERP automatically computes the combined score, applies the grading scale, and generates remarks.

Yes. sERP generates First, Second, and Third Term reports automatically from the scores entered by teachers. Reports are printable directly from the browser or downloadable as PDFs, formatted with your school's name, logo, and grading remarks.

Yes. All fee billing, payment recording, receipts, and financial reports in sERP Nigeria are in Nigerian Naira (₦). We do not use foreign currency for any local school billing.

Yes. You can record full, partial, or multiple instalment payments against a student's fee schedule. The system tracks outstanding balances and generates a debtors list for follow-up.

Yes. You can send bulk SMS reminders to parents of students with outstanding fee balances. SMS messages are customisable and work on all Nigerian networks (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile).

Yes. sERP's payroll module computes PAYE deductions based on PITA (Personal Income Tax Act) and supports state-level tax schedules. Monthly payroll reports include PAYE figures for each staff member.

Yes. Employee and employer pension contributions (RSA) are tracked per staff member in the payroll module. Monthly contribution schedules can be exported for remittance to your school's chosen PFA.

Yes. NHF contributions can be tracked alongside other statutory deductions in the payroll module.

sERP is hosted in GDPR-compliant data centres. Each school has its own isolated database — your data is never shared with another school. We process data only as directed by the school as the data controller.

You own your data. At any time — including on cancellation — we will provide a full export of your school's data. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation before secure deletion.

Yes. sERP is deployed with full data isolation per school, and we process data only as directed by the school as data controller. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.

Both licensing options include: software setup and deployment to your dedicated subdomain, cloud hosting, technical support, software updates, and a staff training session. The one-time licence covers these for the first year, with an annual renewal fee from year two. The monthly subscription includes everything on an ongoing basis.

A typical deployment takes between 3 and 12 hours from payment confirmation. Your school is set up on a dedicated subdomain, configured to your curriculum and grading preferences, and ready for your admin team to begin data entry. Schools with existing student data in spreadsheet format can have that imported during setup.
