Which option is right for your school?

If your school prefers a one-off capital outlay with a lower long-term cost, the one-time licence is the better choice. If you'd rather keep costs predictable with no large upfront payment, the monthly subscription is ideal. Both options provide identical software access, hosting, and support.

Pricing questions

Yes. All sERP Nigeria pricing is quoted and invoiced in Nigerian Naira (₦). We do not bill in foreign currency.

VAT (7.5%) is applicable and will be reflected on your invoice. Our Tax Identification Number (TIN) is included on all official invoices.

Yes. If you start on the monthly subscription and later decide to move to the one-time licence, contact our team and we'll arrange the transition. No data is lost during the switch.

sERP is hosted in GDPR-compliant data centres. Each school's data is held in its own isolated environment — your data is never shared with another school.
